Coronaviros first appeared in Wuhan China

Spreading the world like a flame of fire

WHO calling it pandemic

Named COVID-19.

It should have been as it is
Humans exploiting the nature
In the name of development
Building massive constructions.

Over migration leaving hometown
In the name of globalisation
Forgetting own culture
In the name of modernisation.

People living with biodiversity
Meshing with nature
Having cultural diversity
And linguistic diversity are humans.

Forgetting all these
And living with luxury
In the skyscrapers in cities
Eating poisonous foods.

Polluting the environment
Getting cosmetic beauty
Enjoying with artificial nature
Living with junk foods.

Rich countries investing in nuclear bombs
Inviting cold war competing with others
Running after money following capitalism
Forgetting humanity and socialism.

Human encroachment on nature
Destroying the habitat of creature
Seeing the foolishness of humans
Perhaps the Almighty created corona.

Humans are the sole cause of COVID-19
It has come to teach many things to them
Saying ‘back to nature’ and more
Cultivating humanity in humans!

2. Social solidarity sonnet

COVID-19 across the world pandemic,
Countries gone lockdown fearing transmission.
People home quarantined others pathetic,
Scientists compelled to think about transition,
Yet corona cares creatures beyond cruelty,
All sharing nature equal for corona virus.
Ecosystem oneself blooms its own beauty,
Why only humans greedy and desirous?
Rich and poor of all races and religion,
Of all geography and cultures, castes,
Spread the message of peace O pigeon!
Ask humans stop guns and bombs to blast!
Nations please follow social solidarity,
Cultivate humanity despite diversity.

3. Lockdown

COVID-19 with rapid transmission,
Become pandemic as its only mission.
Compelling countries go lockdown,
Empty other days crowded town.

The globe tranquil, still and motionless,
Media circulating news with death case.
Many still fighting corona virus,
In hospital beds hoping life desirous.

Cities pollution free, sky clear,
Security personnels moving, civils fear.
I'm home quarantined bec's of lockdown,
Spend time staying safe, doing up-down.

Not sure how long lockdown goes,
Who can forecast, only Almighty knows.
When it ends 'm sure the world transforms,
With its new perspectives and norms.

4. Corona quarantine

Corona kept some in quarantine
Staying and having there dine
Untouched even by the dearest
Nobody being the nearest!

How long to be stayed there
Who loves doubt getting proper care
Everybody physically distanced
What a life too much tensed!

Waiting for being checked hoping negative
Swab still to be taken if the result shows positive
Would be the worst news to listen to
Praying for recovery or what to do!

Would be kept in isolation
Just like a burden for the nation
If the death follows lacking immunity
Only bones would make their community!

No one would attend their funeral procession
As has happened around like a fashion
See Italy, see Spain people hidden
No cars nor bikes to be ridden!

Wisest thing lockdown strictly to follow
Staying self-quarantine virus not to swallow
Corona sure to be defeated by this
All becoming winners with god's bliss!

Corona spread controlled breaking host chain
This is the way for humans life gain
Staying safe and sound connecting spiritually
Cashing time learning virtually!

5. Novel Corona Created New Culture!

Nobel corona created new culture
Do you know what this is?
Human beings becoming true humans
Unlike greedy cruel vulture!

Self disciplined self-learning safe at home
Physically distanced spiritually connected
With relatives and friends far and near
No need to wander nor to roam!

Families staying together happy and healthy
Children enjoying with parents and grands
Bond of true love healthy and hygienic eating
That people can't get even if they are wealthy!

Greeting 'Namaste' becoming global culture
Trump to Putin to Jinping doing the same
Corona came to unite them all for humanity
Keeping no gap without puncture but juncture!

Adopting no luxurious life but simplicity
Living in harmony and diversity backing to nature
Growing fresh foods spending time in agriculture
Respecting elders helping needies with pity!

Neither junk nor poisonous foods nor pollution
Environment now happy with selfish humans
Creatures dancing in happiness
No war brought peace like this solution!

Thank you corona you came at right time
When humans started dehumanising for profit
Did that Almighty send you to tell humans
To build no more bombs nor do more crime?

6. Who has power?
People often talk about power
Earning money fighting for post
Building skyscrapers making tower
Desiring to be powerful most.

Dinosaurs became history
Powerful Kings standing in statue
Burmuda triangle became mystery
Emperors without renew.

Nuclear bombs can't fight corona
VIPs and commons equal for it
Though we say each other 'mat darona'
Increasing immune power being fit.

Why powerful countries became powerless
Why rich people poor even upon money bed
How capitalism became helpless
How piled up wealth became fade?

Who has power how can one see
Which has become illusion now
Who is controlling the world who has key
That Almighty watching us Wow!

7. Teacher

I feel proud,
As I was born to be a Teacher.
To spread the light of knowledge,
To enlighten the society,
Though as a part of the nation!

I feel proud,
As I’m the master of my fate,
I’m the master of my mind,
I’m the master of my society,
I’m the master of my disciples,
How sweet the word,
When I hear ‘master’ of my profession!

I feel proud,
To be a Teacher,
As teaching is the profession of professions,
To teach for outcome, not for income,
Corruption-free, knowledge sharing,
Well-being of my disciples, of all,
The only aim I keep,
Being a bridge to cross thousands,
In the path of bright future,
Human resource of perfect nature!

Every person I meet is my Teacher,
As I learn new thing from them,
To increase the storehouse of my mind,
Keeping up to date,
All the time
As new knowledge explosion
In the world triggering me,
To adapt for my career!
